RULES FOR ADMISSION :

  • An application for admission to XI and XII courses must be submitted in the prescribed form attached to the prospectus.

  • The form must be completely filled in and submitted to the office on or before the last date for registration of candidates.

  • Following documents should be attached to the form :

  • Original Leaving Certificate.

  • Xerox copy of X Marksheet .

  • Xerox copy of Character Certificate.

  • Migration Certificate.

  • Xerox copy of Caste Certificate.

  • Charges for prospectus/application form and registration fee are not refundable.

  • Incomplete form in any respect is liable to be rejected.

PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION :

Student desirous of seeking admission will have to follow the procedure given below :

A student has to fill in legibly an Application Form in his/her own handwriting. Application form is to be countersigned by Parent/Guardian and shall be accompanied by the following documents.

  • Original copy of School Leaving Certificate and true copy of Marksheet of the qualifying examination.

  • Original Provisional Certificate of the Board and Original Marksheet of Previous examination (if the student has passed the previous examination privately).

  • Two photographs of passport size.

  • Original Migration Certificate and its true copy (if student belongs to other State Board).

  • If the student belongs to other state board, he / she has to obtain “Eligibility Certificate” from their state board and submit in the college office within the given period.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ADMISSION :

  • Uniform for Junior college students is mandatory while being in college premises. Without uniform no student will be allowed to enter in the college.

  • Student seeking admission in any class should test his/her eligibility.

  • If it is found that the student is not eligible according to rules, admission fees paid by him/her will not be refunded.

  • For false and bogus admission, total responsibility will rest on student.

  • If the student cancels admission, the amount paid by the student will not be refunded.

  • Total fees will have to be paid at the time of admission. Otherwise he/she will be fined or his/her admission will be treated as cancelled.

  • Important documents e.g. various certificates, concession forms, Board Exam form and receipts of fees and funds etc. should be handled safely, else Rs. 50/- will be charged to search the record (if necessary).

  • The Principal reserves the rights to grant or refuse or cancel admission at any time, without assigning any reason.

  • Raging is prohibited in the College Campus.
