RULES FOR ADMISSION :

An application for admission to XI and XII courses must be submitted in the prescribed form attached to the prospectus.

The form must be completely filled in and submitted to the office on or before the last date for registration of candidates.

Following documents should be attached to the form :
Original Leaving Certificate.
Xerox copy of X Marksheet .
Xerox copy of Character Certificate.
Migration Certificate.
Xerox copy of Caste Certificate.

Charges for prospectus/application form and registration fee are not refundable.

Incomplete form in any respect is liable to be rejected.
PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION :
Student desirous of seeking admission will have to follow the procedure given below :
A student has to fill in legibly an Application Form in his/her own handwriting. Application form is to be countersigned by Parent/Guardian and shall be accompanied by the following documents.

Original copy of School Leaving Certificate and true copy of Marksheet of the qualifying examination.

Original Provisional Certificate of the Board and Original Marksheet of Previous examination (if the student has passed the previous examination privately).

Two photographs of passport size.

Original Migration Certificate and its true copy (if student belongs to other State Board).

If the student belongs to other state board, he / she has to obtain “Eligibility Certificate” from their state board and submit in the college office within the given period.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ADMISSION :

Uniform for Junior college students is mandatory while being in college premises. Without uniform no student will be allowed to enter in the college.

Student seeking admission in any class should test his/her eligibility.

If it is found that the student is not eligible according to rules, admission fees paid by him/her will not be refunded.

For false and bogus admission, total responsibility will rest on student.

If the student cancels admission, the amount paid by the student will not be refunded.

Total fees will have to be paid at the time of admission. Otherwise he/she will be fined or his/her admission will be treated as cancelled.

Important documents e.g. various certificates, concession forms, Board Exam form and receipts of fees and funds etc. should be handled safely, else Rs. 50/- will be charged to search the record (if necessary).

The Principal reserves the rights to grant or refuse or cancel admission at any time, without assigning any reason.

Raging is prohibited in the College Campus.
